Key Changes in NEET 2025 Exam Pattern:

The optional questions introduced during the COVID-19 pandemic have been eliminated. Candidates are now required to attempt all questions without any choice.

Total Questions: 180 compulsory questions.

  • Physics: 45 questions
  • Chemistry: 45 questions
  • Biology: 90 questions
  • Duration: 3 hours (180 minutes)
  • Mode: Offline (Pen and Paper-based)

There is an anticipated increase in competency-based questions designed to assess candidates’ practical knowledge and application skills. This shift aims to align with global educational standards and better prepare students for medical education.
